SHIPPING  

We send all order info to our printers on Wednesdays and Fridays.

They will then print up your order especially for you so there will be around a 1.5 - 2 week turnaround, then we dispatch via PBT couriers.

(Often it's a bit quicker than this but rest assured we'll get you your order asap!)

If you are wanting an item for a certain time (gift/birthdays etc) please order well in advance

(2-3 weeks recommended) to avoid disappointment. 

(Times are are approximate and occasionally there can be delays.)

RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to exchange garments from: : 

'Hoods and Crews', ‘The Martin F Emond Collection’, ‘The Greyskull Collection’, ‘Illz’, ‘Ill Classics’, ‘Gruntlife’, ‘Deathcult’ and ‘Kids’.

As these are produced individually for your order.

*Please refer to size chart to make sure you get the correct size required.*

Garments shown online are based on a mens size small - please note prints may appear slightly smaller on larger sizes ordered.

Shipping within New Zealand

Delivery Type: PBT couriers
Cost: $9.00 anywhere in NZ - track and trace PBT individual courier pack.
* Wholesale and bulk goods service cost TBA on each order confirmation.
Time In Transit: 1-3 Business days approx.

Rural areas may be handed over to a contract driver by PBT couriers - this can take an extra few days.

Shipping within Australia

Delivery type: DHL door - door track and trace.

Cost: $28 NZ dollars anywhere in Australia DHL individual courier pack.

Time in Transit: 2-4 Business days

We love to supply happy customers with great product, so if your order isn’t exactly what you expected, give our Team a shout within 10 days from your purchase arrival. If your Illicit Custom product is misprinted, flawed, or damaged in any way, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund with no hassles. Easy!
